Noom’s current pricing hub lists $129 for the first four weeks, then $249/month billed quarterly. Its GLP-1 Rx page lists $129 to start, then $279/month billed as $837 every 12 weeks. Both include medication if prescribed. We cannot decide which renewal amount a patient will actually see at checkout.

The branded-medication path excludes the drug

Noom’s pricing hub lists $39 to start and $99/month thereafter, billed quarterly. Its Wegovy page displays both $39 then $129/month and $69 then $99/month for ongoing care. Medication costs extra in these telehealth offers. Confirm the named plan and its renewal charge at checkout.

Quarterly billing needs a cash-flow check

A displayed monthly rate does not mean a monthly card charge. The conflicting renewal figures and public billing details do not support a reliable 12-calendar-month payment schedule for these programs.

Refund terms change after care begins

Noom’s refund policy says a medication-included plan is nonrefundable once a prescription has been written. Its branded-medication telehealth program is nonrefundable once a clinical visit has occurred, and renewal charges are nonrefundable.
