Is Mochi Health legit? What you can verify before paying.
Mochi publishes its company role, affiliated medical practices, prices and terms. Whether a specific prescription and pharmacy are appropriate for you still requires checking the clinician, product and dispensing pharmacy.
What the public record establishes
Mochi’s terms identify Mochi Health Corp. as a provider of administrative and technology services and name affiliated medical practices that provide clinical care. Its site says professional medical services are provided by licensed clinicians affiliated with independent practices. These disclosures establish how the service describes its structure; they do not verify the license of the particular clinician assigned to you.
Before a visit, ask who will treat you and check that clinician’s license in the state where you are located. HHS explains that telehealth licensing depends on state rules.
What will you pay?
Mochi currently advertises a $39 first month of membership for eligible new subscribers, then $79 per month. The first-month promotion is not available in all states. Medication and diagnostic services are separate charges. If the promotion applies for one month and the monthly rate remains unchanged, 12 months of membership only would be $39 + 11 × $79 = $908.
Mochi’s August 2026 price explanation says compounded injectable semaglutide starts at $60 per month and ranges up to $99; compounded tirzepatide starts at $90 and ranges up to $199. These are medication prices in addition to membership. The assigned dose, state and pharmacy affect the bill, so there is no reliable single 12-month treatment total. Mochi gives a $99 first-month semaglutide example only when both introductory prices apply.
Check the product and pharmacy
Mochi labels these lower-priced injectable products as compounded. The FDA says compounded GLP-1 drugs are not FDA approved and advises checking that a state-licensed pharmacy fills a valid prescription. Ask for the exact product, dispensing pharmacy and its license. The FDA links to state pharmacy boards.
Mochi’s refund page says prescription sales are final and asks patients to report suspected filling errors. Check membership cancellation separately in the current terms and your checkout disclosure.

Five checks before enrolling
- Confirm the clinician’s name and license for your state.
- Confirm the exact medication, whether it is FDA approved or compounded, and the pharmacy.
- Ask for the complete first payment: membership, medication, tests and any shipping.
- Ask how the medication price changes if the prescribed dose changes.
- Save the renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout.
